Premise

n the sleepy town of Riverton, legend tells of a serial killer who swore he would return to murder the seven children born the night he died. Now, 16 years later, people are disappearing again. Has the psychopath been reincarnated as one of the seven teens, or did he survive the night he was left for dead? Only one of the kids knows the answer.



Adam "Bug" Heller (Max Thieriot) was supposed to die on the bloody night his father went insane. Unaware of his dad's terrifying crimes, he has been plagued by nightmares since he was a baby. But if Bug hopes to save his friends from the monster that's returned, he must face an evil that won't rest...until it finishes the job it began the day he was born.

District 9 - The Segragation and Hunt for Monopoly Begins

District 9 is a 2009 science fiction film which takes place 28 years after the discovery that humans are not alone in the universe. A testimony of this is when an alien ship made contact on Earth.



The humans waited for the aliens to attack or to exchange technologies, which can be the latest milestone when it comes to science and technology but neither of which took place. These aliens where the last of their kind and have taken refuge on Earth. The conflict arises when humans wanted to take control of the alien's technology and weaponry but failed to do so until one unfortunate soul gets smack between that conflict.

Nickelodeon Cartoon Series To The Live Movie Adaptation: A Sneak Peak in The Last Airbender Movie

Nickelodeon has brought many great characters that children came to love like Sponge Bob Squarepants, Jimmy Neutron, Danny Phantom and many more. This time another live movie adaptation will soon be out on the big screen, The Last Airbender Movie.



Avatar: The Last Airbender or Avatar: The Legend of Aang has been a very successful cartoon series by Nickelodeon because of its unique storyline and characters, a break from the usual all looney and comic cartoons. Marvel Super Hero Squad - Reintroducing the World of Marvel to Kids

The Marvel Universe is a complex world of super heroes and super villains which have been re-imagined, rendered, retold many times and the latest trend is the cross-over and team up of different characters from their own titles to one plot. This can be noticed especially in the rich history and industry of Marvel Comics. House of M, Civil War, and Secret Invasion are some of the many titles (plot) where different characters from the Marvel Universe fought together or each other.

The newer generation has little knowledge or probably less enthusiastic about the Marvel Universe, the comics and its origins. The Curious Case of Benjamin Button is a bizarre film about a man who has a bizarre medical condition which made him grow younger instead of growing older. His life, love, views and struggles are tackled in this movie which deals and discusses about life, love and death.

"Carved: A Slit-Mouthed Woman" (Kuchisake-onna) Movies

As I've blogged about the Asian Urban Legend of the Slit-Mouthed Woman I've also encountered two movies which were inspired from it... the two movies were entitled "Kuchisake-Onna" or "Carved: A Slit-Mouthed Woman" Japanese Movies.

The first Japanese urban legend to movie adaptation release was last March 2007. The movie was internationally entitled as Carved: A Slit-Mouthed Woman which was also known as Kuchisake-onna in Japan where it was created. Here is a movie trailer of that movie:

When Symbiotes Take Over "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows"

Today CMAQUEST is going to feature another video game trailer for the PC, PS2, WII, DS, XBOX 360 and the PSP... Spider-Man: Web of Shadows.

"Angels & Demons" Movie: Another Controversial Novel To Movie Adaptation

Another controversial novel to movie adaptation is soon to be seen in theaters. This is Dan Brown's Angels & Demons which is a prequel to the Da Vinci Code novel where the principal characters to both movies are introduced.



Professor Robert Langdon, a professor of symbology returns as he is summoned by the European Organization for Nuclear Research or CERN to investigate to a murder victim branded with the Illuminati ambigram which will lead him to the secret society. It is up to Langdon and to foil the society's scheme. To what and when, well you'll just have to find out for yourself.

Last Wednesday, April 30 (official opening of Iron Man in Movie Houses) I watched Iron Man and got blown away with every scene. I could recommend that it is one of the best movie of the year. Robert Downey Jr. was excellent in his portrayal of Tony Stark, the man behind the Iron.
