Super Robot Wars T is a 2019 tactical role-playing game released for the Nintendo Switch and the PlayStation 4. It is the eleventh standalone entry to the Super Robot Wars series and was released last March 20, 2019. The Super Robot Wars Asian version of the game, fully translated in English but is voiced in Japanese, is currently available via Play-Asia and is the only way that the international (English-speaking) gaming community can get a hold of the latest Super Robot Wars series title this 2019. Super Robot Wars T has all the hallmarks found on a Super Robot Wars title and more. The biggest selling point for most of it in the eyes of the followers of the series is the dramatic and top-quality animation now showcased in this latest entry. Well, besides that, being able to see how characters from completely different mecha anime series interact with one another is one of the main selling point of any title from the Super Robot Wars series (something that inspired the Project X Zone game series).
Super Robot Wars is a celebration of all things mecha anime and it is just fun to see all these past anime classic reanimated in a game this 2019. Seeing Spike from the beloved Cowboy Bebop or Hikaru from Magic Knight Rayearth brings all sort of nostalgic feels. It is just too bad that we don't get to see them is local shelf stores that much since there isn't a US version released in the market, but we have the next best thing the Play-Asia Asian physical version of Super Robot Wars T.
