Dragon Ball Z Special 2008 - Yo! The Return of Son Goku and Friends!!

Dragon Ball Z is one of the most successful Japanese Animation that swoop the world by storm and probably still sweeping other parts of the globe. "Jump Super Anime Tour" in September 2008 has featured a short animated special episode of the popular Dragon Ball Z series.



Dragon Ball: Yo! The Return of Son Goku and Friends!! (Doragon Bōru Ossu! Kaette Kita Son Gokū to Nakama-tachi!!) picks up two years after Son Goku defeated Majin Buu. Son Goku and the rest of the Dragon Ball Z characters are face to fight a new enemy.



This is movie is free to be viewed on Jumpland (click here) but you need to install the Manga Browser for shonen Jumps 40th and have a fast internet connection for the movie to buffer. When Symbiotes Take Over "Spider-Man: Web of Shadows"

Today CMAQUEST is going to feature another video game trailer for the PC, PS2, WII, DS, XBOX 360 and the PSP... Spider-Man: Web of Shadows.



The story is set on an infected New York with Spider-Man once again faced with the challenge of ridding the City with the rampant spread of Venom symbiotes. New York City is completely quarantined by S.H.I.E.L.D. to prevent the symbiotes from infecting more civilians, rivals, and allies.

"Friday the 13th" 2009 Movie - Jason Vorquees is Back

Friday the 13th, one of the most popular all-time suspense-horror film that swoop the 80s and the 90s by storm is back with its latest 2009 remake.



This 2009 remake will revisit the Camp Crystal Lake and its resident malignant killer Jason Vorhees. This will feature some scenes taken from the very first three Friday the 13th movies which will explain everything there is to know about Crystal Lake, Jason, his mask, and his killings with a somewhat different approach which we will never know until its theatrical release on the 13th of February 2009.

"Angels & Demons" Movie: Another Controversial Novel To Movie Adaptation

Another controversial novel to movie adaptation is soon to be seen in theaters. This is Dan Brown's Angels & Demons which is a prequel to the Da Vinci Code novel where the principal characters to both movies are introduced.



Professor Robert Langdon, a professor of symbology returns as he is summoned by the European Organization for Nuclear Research or CERN to investigate to a murder victim branded with the Illuminati ambigram which will lead him to the secret society. It is up to Langdon and to foil the society's scheme. To what and when, well you'll just have to find out for yourself.

The Women of Survivor Philippines

Survivor Philippines is a Philippine version of the hit reality television game show "Survivor". The series is hosted by Paolo Bediones and currently being telecast at GMA "Kapuso" Network. It premiered last September 15, 2008. The show was shot in Ko Tarutao, the same island where Survivor: Thailand took place. Initially there were two teams or tribes. The names of the tribes are derived from the Thai language which includes Naak (snake) and Jarakay (crocodile), which later became on tribe and Chalam (Shark). There are 18 Survivor Castaways which was composed nine men and women. Here are the women of the first Survivor Philippines:

Vhevs is a member of the Naak Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 20 year old from Alcantara, Cebu. A 4th year Criminology student from University of Cebu. She is dubbed as the “Farmer Girl”. She plans to use her farmer girl instincts to win the ultimate prize.


Chev Macias



Chev is a member of the Naak Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 26 year old from Iloilo City, Philippines. She is dubbed as the “Bisayang Palaban”. A former GRO (guest Relations Officer) and now an Ukay-Ukay (flea market) business owner in Iloilo. She lived in Thailand for six years.

Charisse is a member of the Jarakay Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 27 year old from Makati City. She is dubbed as the “Smart Babe". A product officer in a telecommunications company. A graduate from Ateneo de Manila University.

Leona Rica "Nikki" Dacullo



Nikki is a member of the Jarakay Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 21 year old from Tacloban City, Philippines. Dubbed as the “Call Center Cutie". She is a Call Center agent. She describes herself as a laid back person who likes to go with the flow. She believes she has a strong personality which will help her win the challenges in Survivor Philippines.

Kristina “Kaye” Alipio



Kaye is a member of Naak Tribe of the survivor Philippines. A 20-year-old lingerie model from Calamba, Laguna. Dubbed as “The Model”, She is a sexy lingerie model with a solid Christian faith, Kaye is any guy’s ideal girl.

Jervy "Patani" Daño



Patani is a member of the Jarakay Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 20 year old from Talisay, Cebu. she is Dubbed as “Ang Yaya” (The Nanny). A babysitter in Cebu who grew up in Camotes island. A funny character, Patani loves acting, hosting, and modeling. She believes she's finally got her chance to be the next big thing.

Nina Ortiz



Nina is a member of the Jarakay Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 40 year old Operations Manager of a company. An active mom to three kids. Dubbed as the “Sporty Mom”. She likes extreme sports like mountain climbing and mountain biking. She feels the time has come to raise her competitiveness to the next level: Survivor Philippines.

Zita is a member of the Naak Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 43 year old from Pasay City. Dubbed as “Ang Labandera”. A single mother to 7 children plus 12 grandchildren. She wants to do whatever it takes to win the grand prize.

Veronica Domingo



Vern is a member of the Jarakay Tribe of the Survivor Philippines. A 29 year old from Cavite. A Far Eastern University graduate. A pretty Taekwondo Champion (now Taekwando coach ). She has various international and local titles and awards under her belt.

Blast From The Past: BeakMan's World

Do you still remember the hit and phenomenal 90's educational science and children's show Beakman's World?



For the newer generations, Beakman's World is once a popular children's show about an eccentric scientist doing comical yet factual experimentations and demonstrations in response to the viewers mail. The show has been popular to professors, children, and students due to the shows bizarre, hilarious, and effective ways of explaining what other calls "boring" elements of science as a subject.

In this video we will see one of Beakman's World's frequent segment the Wide BeakWorld of sports. This video shows what is the toughest sports, and it is not even Basketball

What made The Beakman's World phenomenal are the shows' characters and how they are portrayed in the show. From two penguins watching the show; a sarcastic and skeptical and sometimes rude guy in a rat suit; a lovely pretty assistant; to a scientist who always shouts "Zaloom" are the major characters seen throughout the rest of this educational show.

Spider-Man has ever since been the most popular Marvel Superhero character (though some may disagree with this) of all time. From his humble comic beginnings to movie milestone heights, there is no stopping the Spider-Man in dominating the world of mass media. Once again another animated series will mark the come-back of Spider-man reintroducing his character to the new generation kids with



The new series is based and centers on the original Spider-Man comics by Stan Lee which tells the story of Peter Parker as a teenager, a high school student, a photo journalist and how he manage these all-together as a super-powered individual (hero). Revisit the life of Spider-man through the new series which started last March 2008 and will be resuming its second season by 2009.
