Comedy is a challenging genre to tackle especially on film. Fall short and feel the wrath of enraged and disappointed movie goers; offer too much to the point of offensive humor and get ready to received accusations of discrimination and racism from both people who watched and didn't even watch it. If you have followed the Tim Heidecker and Eric Wareheim comedy surreal sketch in Cartoon Network's Adult Swim, then you already know what you are getting, but what about those who haven't?
Coming from someone who haven't seen their humor this trailer made me face palm my self, scrached my head, gin and smile a little which is supposed to be good, I guess? This is the trailer and the best punchlines are not probably even included or previewed here, for what are you paying for if they showed it. But it has some pretty interesting concept, mainly the use of various internet meme like humor. Further investigation behind what the two stars, writers, directors and producers has to offer is their unique form of humor which features satire and anti-humor and basing from this trailer it has plenty of those. I am somewhat intrigue and curious about this comedy film. I am willing to wait for it, whether it is on theaters or home video format.
